Randy Steinke is a force to be reckoned with in the world of MMA and training. He first became interested in MMA back in 2005 and has continued to grow in his industry in strength, knowledge and depth. Steinke holds a bachelor’s in kinesiology and health science.

He initially trained and coached at The MMA Lab under legendary coaches John Crouch and Benson Henderson, and alongside Scott Holtzman, Alex Caceras, Sean O’Malley, Luke Sanders, Tanquino Mendes, John Moraga, Mario Batista and Kyler Phillips. At Fight Ready MMA he trained under Santino Defranco, The Korean Zombie, Pitbull Brothers, Paulo Acosta, Henry Cejudo and Yair Rodriguez.

Build it.

As a competitor, Steinke achieved a brown belt in BJJ under John Crouch and also became a Golden Gloves champion in boxing. In other notable competitions, Steinke became King of the Cage Bantamweight Champion, King of the Cage Featherweight Champion, Pan Am Champion BJJ and Shooto Brazil Fight Champion. In his coaching career, he led Henry Cejudo to three UFC Championship fights, cornered multiple athletes in the UFC to KO victories and cornered the first female RFA champion, Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger.
